Black Glue Watercolor Paintings

Students drew simple line drawing on a piece of heavy drawing paper. Then they put black glue (Elmer's glue mixed with black acrylic paint) on top of the pencil lines. Part of the beauty of this project is the inability to draw "perfect" lines. The following week students used liquid watercolors to paint. Liquid watercolors are much more vibrant than watercolor pans.
